You will write the name of the relative you want to save on a piece of paper;

In the Bible, the apostle Paul and his traveling missionary friend Silas were once imprisoned for the cause of the gospel. There, in a dark cell, around midnight, they prayed and sang praises. Then the ground shook to the point that the chains that held the prisoners broke. Desperate, the jailer who was responsible for the place drew a sword to kill himself, afraid of the punishment that would come upon him for the imminent escape of the prisoners.

But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.” Acts 16:28

This continues to happen today. On one side, there are voices that say there is no way, but on the other side, there is a stronger voice saying:  “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Acts 16:31

It is interesting to note that that jailer believed with attitudes. Because, after these words of the apostle Paul, his behavior was transformed by faith. 

Week for the Family Salvation

“We are going to do a prayer campaign for the salvation of the family. You will write the name of the relative you want to save on a piece of paper, and bring it on Sunday (14). We will dip it in the consecrated oil. Where it will stay for seven days”, explained Bishop Renato Cardoso, during the passed Sunday (7) Meeting.

And during the “Intelligence and Faith” program, on February 8, Bishop Renato added: “I know that many people are suffering with a family member and have tried everything to ease the situation of addiction, depression and other problems of that person . But I am sure that this purpose for the family will reverse this situation that many are living at home every day ”. 

In this piece of paper, you will not write everyone’s name, but only those who need salvation. It will be for a complete transformation of that person. And if you realize that the salvation proposed by the Lord Jesus has not yet reached your own life, also include his name in the purpose. 

Likewise, if you, like the jailer in the Bible passage above, believe that it is the end, know that the God who made the light shine on him, will do the same in your life. But, you need to act on your faith by participating in this campaign.
